Booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This goes towards services rendered. Absolutely no refunds. A free consultation and care revision service will be provided if your service does not meet your expectations. 2 hours or less to express your concerns. Payments
Scheduling
Normal hours are 10 am - 5pm for makeup services. They also must be made 24hrs in advance. Any appointments outside of regular scheduled times will be $20 an hr.
ex: 8am appointment will be charged $40 + service price. If you have a detailed and unique look you are trying to achieve, you can submit a photo to ensure your needs are met.
Travel
Travel fee starts at $50. This ensures travel will be smooth and set-up is efficient for clients desired needs. Any location 20 miles + will be charged an extra $1 a mile. Please provide location details when booking or a consultation if unsure. Consultation price is separate. Travel appointments can have multiple clients for the same travel fee.

Please come fresh faced. Please have all dirt, grime, and old makeup removed. Please come with lashes and face washed and clean. This allows for good retention and best results. Excessive dirt, oil, or makeup removal will result in a face cleaning service or lash shampoo service fee.
Please confirm your appointment time, date, and location. Emails are sent after your appointment is booked. If you do not receive an email, please make sure your contact information was correct. If you are still having issues, please feel free to text or call our number.

Please try to schedule your appointment when you can come alone. You will not be denied service if you come with guest, but it will be a fee associated.
